Absolutely! As our team is spread across the globe, we operate as a 'remote-first' business. However, if you prefer working from the office or simply need a change of scenery, our working space in Wrocław is always open for you.

Great news for early birds and night owls alike – at hero/dot, you have the flexibility to choose your working hours. While scheduled meetings with your team or clients are part of the week, you can discuss your availability with your project manager. Where there's a will, there's a way!

Our teams thrive on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Flexibility is our cornerstone, so the application of Scrum ceremonies may vary depending on the project. We’ve also developed our agile-waterfall hybrid methodology called SPARK to strike the perfect balance between adaptability and security.

The size of project teams depends on the nature of the project. For more substantial challenges, we enlist a diverse team of talented Heroes, ranging from a few to a dozen teammates.
