  • Supervision of key processes in the area of ​​Human Resources (Recruitment, Employer Branding, Onboarding, Employee Well-being, Employee Benefits)
  • Managing a team of several HR Specialists
  • Reporting to the Company’s Management Board on key HR indicators
  • Conducting end-to-end key recruitment processes
  • Monitoring HR activities, including recruitment processes
  • Conducting recruitment processes using the Direct Search method
  • Establishing and maintaining business relationships with service providers and agencies external
  • Setting current priorities in the HR area
  • Enforcement of indicators in the area of ​​HR

What the ideal Candidate should have?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing the HR department as a Manager HR or Team Leader in the area of ​​Human Resources
  • Knowledge of basic issues in the field of labor law (UoP, B2B contract, working time settlement)
  • Knowledge of the English language at least B2 +, C1 desirable
  • Positive attitude and flexibility in action
  • Openness to developing new solutions and unconventional activities
  • High interpersonal skills Perfect organization of own work
