Junior Project Manager ↘

● Management of various IT projects
● Peeparation of reports and reports on project implementation
● Managing the work of teams, including the assessment of project implementation progress
● Building and maintaining customer relationships
● Search for solutions tailored to the client
● Research of needs based on an interview with the client – testing possible solutions based on
for knowledge about the specifics of a given project
● Conducting internal projects under the supervision of PM mentors
● Support as a Scrum Master within existing projects

● You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in team management
● You know English very well. English in speech and writing (at least B2 + / C1)
● You have the ability to organize your own and team working time
● You have high interpersonal skills – assertiveness and ease in establishing relationships

Nice to have:

● You have experience in implementing projects based on the Scrum structure
● You have experience in building relationships with clients or conducting negotiations
● You are interested in news from the IT world
