Job description

● Building and maintaining stable relationships with the client
● Direct cooperation with a team of developers, analysts, designers and testers
● Regular examination, following the needs and realization of the project sponsor’s goals through skilful work with a team of specialists
● Searching for solutions tailored to the needs of the sponsor and project stakeholders
● Proposing optimal solutions based on an interview with stakeholders – testing possible scenarios based on knowledge about the specifics of a given project
● Managing the work of teams consisting of programmers, business analysts, UI / UX designers, QA specialists, including the analysis and evaluation of project implementation progress
● Conducting key projects for clients with an established position in the corporate market
● Conducting business talks and negotiations
● Running a project based on a budget
● Monitoring and reporting of the schedule of activities undertaken in the project
● Reporting and presentation of current project progress to stakeholders


● You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position
● You know English very well. Speaking and writing English (preferably C1 level)
● You are characterized by high skills in organizing your own and team work time
● You have a high level of interpersonal skills – assertiveness and communication with the client
● You can perfectly organize your working time and team working time
● You are ready to work in a corporate environment, but you will also find yourself in StartUp
● You know management methodologies very well

Nice to have:

● You have good knowledge of technological issues
● You have experience as a web systems developer
● You have experience working as a business analyst
● You are business-oriented
● You know Blockchain issues
