What your duties are?

  • Removing obstacles from the way of the project team
  • Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
  • Addressing team dynamics
  • Reacting on issues, use escalation paths whenever needed
  • Communication with clients, presenting the work of the team, proposing solutions
  • Ensuring the quality of work
  • Assisting in backlog shaping process

 

What should the ideal Candidate have?

  • min. 2 year of experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master
  • very good knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira / Confluence)
  • very good knowledge of the SCRUM methodology
  • Practical knowledge of the software development process (including Continuous Integration, automated tests, unit tests)
  • Natural ability to plan and organise work in an IT team
  • Experience in direct cooperation with a business client
  • highly developed interpersonal skills: communication, cooperation, negotiation
  • ‘Will-do’ and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Focus on the final result and attention to detail

 

What is nice to have?

  • Professional Scrum Master I certificate
  • Experience in working in technical positions – e.g. programming
  • E-commerce background
